Nevis is one of the most unspoilt islands of the Caribbean and lies about 60 miles west of Antigua. It is next to the Island of St. Kitts ( about 2 miles away), which has an international airport.

We own a fabulous modern Caribbean styled Villa, with wide open verandas all around the living accomodation. Called, naturally, "Verandah" it will sleep up to 9 people in air conditioned cool comfort. Situated in the beautiful Jones Paris, on the Caribbean ocean side of Nevis near to Oualie Beach, the best location in Nevis, it is only about 5 minutes walk to the nearest beach.

Villa Verandah is on 3/4 of an acre of spacious tropical garden with spectacular views from the terraces towards the sea and the island of St. Kitts. The villa has its own 30ft private swimming pool with palm trees and a waterfall, spacious designer furnished living room, huge exterior lounge, with your own wet bar, and a fully equipped large modern kitchen. The villa now has 4 double bedrooms, and a single bedroom annexed to the master bedroom (with a full size single bed), which is great for a child. We also have available an additional baby / toddlers cot. All bedrooms are individually Air Conditioned, the other rooms have large rotating ceiling fans to keep cool. We have recently added a new double bedroom with king-size bed and its own ensuite bathroom/shower, so the villa is now big enough for two families to share.

You will have cable TV, DVD / VHS player and a sound system which relays music to the house and pool. Bring your laptop if you wish to collect your emails and stay in touch with the world with our wireless high speed internet access, and of course telephone.

This comfortable property is ideal for a family, two couples, or a group of friends who could share together . If you are "just two" who want to use the house on your own we can arrange a good discount. The villa is very quiet, private, and not overlooked, ( see the aerial photo). It is not on a 'complex' of other villas where your neighbour may be only 30ft away.Verandah stands on it own large plot of land on a small rise minutes from the beach and it is on the Caribbean side of Nevis.

Villa Verandah is fully serviced with our maid Millie, who visits twice a week, Roger, who cleans the pool, and our gardener.

Nearby ''Manza's" sells fresh organic fruit and vegetables and other provisions, and the new Gallipot restaurant is just down the lane by the sea 3 mins away.

Deby our agent in Nevis will meet and greet you from Nevis airport and take you to the villa. She is on hand to help in any way you need during your vacation.
If you fly in to St Kitts airport you can cross to Nevis on the ferrry (45mins), or we can arrange a private water taxi across to the island of Nevis.

It is easy to arrange a holiday in the sun on this peaceful island !
